A pregnancy test can be taken from the first day of a missed period. Generally, the sooner a test is taken the better. Under 16s are entitled to confidential services like adults and information is only disclosed where it is believed the young person or another person may come to some harm. A health professional will always seek to inform the young person that they need to tell someone else.
Any unprotected sex also puts you at risk of getting a sexually transmitted infection, so you should have a sexual health check-up (screen) as well. You may have no symptoms at all and still have acquired an infection; a check-up is the only way to know for sure.
