A 15 Year old young woman has just found out that her last partner was HIV positive. She has decided to have an HIV test but doesn't want anyone to know.

Under 16s are entitled to confidential services like adults and information is only disclosed where it is believed the young person or another person may come to some harm. A health professional will always seek to inform the young person that they need to tell someone else.
